Accessible Ticket Information

Below you'll find specific requirements and booking processes for accessible tickets at each venue.

Please review the information for your chosen location carefully before selecting if you require accessible tickets during the registration process.

UK - The O2, London

Please answer “Yes, I require accessible seating” at the point of registration if you require wheelchair-accessible seating.

The best/fastest route to purchasing accessible tickets is online through axs.com, but first you need to register with the Nimbus Disability scheme (a free service recognized as the UK's lead authority on accessible ticketing).

To purchase accessible tickets, you must qualify for a Nimbus Access Card with the corresponding symbol.

To obtain an Access Card, Nimbus must validate a customer's access requirements in a way that meets the Equality Act’s threshold of the individual being ‘Disabled’ or having a ‘Long Term Impairment’. This does exclude those with temporary injuries and conditions, not covered by the Act.

There is no automatic entitlement to an Access Card based on a rate of benefit for example. Please see below for guidance as to what Nimbus can consider for your application, coupled with a good description of your access requirements.

Any supporting evidence you can provide such as:

  • Confirmation of Disability Living Allowance, Personal Independence Payment, or Attendance Allowance
  • This must be recent and clearly show the Name and Address of the recipient - this must clearly show the rates of Mobility and Personal Care / Daily Living components you have been awarded
  • Nimbus cannot take into account Covid Extension letters, ESA, UC, Blue Badges, Appointment Letters or Christmas Bonus letters
  • A letter from a medical professional aware of your needs - this must be recent and clearly state the diagnosis and impact of your conditions described in your application - this must be on surgery/official headed paper
  • Confirmation of diagnosis alone for conditions with variable impact may not be enough to process your application
  • Nimbus may be able to take a variety of other documents into account, such as occupational health reports, care plans, OT assessments

If you would like to discuss what other information Nimbus can take into account on your application, please contact them directly here.

Important: Accessible tickets are limited. Only purchase tickets suitable for your needs as changes and refunds are not available.

BSL Interpreting Available: If you need a BSL interpreter, please answer “No” to the question about requiring Accessible Seating when registering your details at radiohead.com. We recommend purchasing Level 1 tickets where possible. If you are successful, please email access@theo2.co.uk after booking with your order number, they will then be able to relocate you to seats with optimal interpreters and stage views.

  • BSL contact available Mon-Fri 9am-6pm
  • Typetext: 180010208 463 3359
  • d/Deaf customers don't need Nimbus membership
