What email address and phone number should I use to register with?
Please use your personal mobile/cell phone number and email address that you wish to buy tickets with. This process is a brand new registration so it does not necessarily need to be the same details that you have used with any previous Radiohead, W.A.S.T.E. or ticketing account.
Why is it saying that my phone number is not valid?
Please use your personal mobile/cell phone number as you need to receive a text message/SMS to that number. Make sure you have chosen the correct country that you live in before entering your phone number. In the UK (+44), ensure you do not input the first zero in your phone number.
I have mistyped my email address or phone number, how can I correct them?
You must only register once, using your own, correct details. Please type carefully as your email address or phone number cannot be corrected once you have entered them and started the registration process.

Please be assured that there is no rush. Every registration completed before it closes at 10pm BST / 11pm CEST on Sunday 7th September will be treated the same, no matter what time it is received.
What happens if I try to register again with different details?
You must not restart the registration process again with different details as your registration will be at risk of being cancelled.
Can everyone in my family/my friends register for tickets?
Yes, everyone can register with their details but only once per person. Some venues will be checking the name on the ticket against your ID so the lead purchaser of the tickets must be present at the show.
Why have I not received my text message?
Because of a high volume of registrations, it could take up to a few hours for your message to arrive. Restarting your registration will not send another text message and could affect your eligibility.

Exceptions: There are a limited number of exceptions that prevent registration which are outside of our control. Please note that it is currently not possible for regulatory reasons to send text messages to mobile/cell phones registered in Greece, Singapore, Russia, Taiwan, Malaysia, the UAE, Cambodia, Bangladesh, Iran, Pakistan, Philippines, Senegal and Nigeria

A few incidents have been discovered of individual mobile phone service operators in other countries blocking text messages from the registration number at this time.

In these cases, you will need to attend the show with a friend or a famlly member from another country who is able to receive text messages and purchase tickets.
Why have I not received my confirmation email?
You need to follow the link in your confirmation text message. On the next page you must click the “SEND MY CONFIRMATION EMAIL” link to confirm your registration and then you will receive your final confirmation email.

Because of a high volume of registrations, it could take up to a few hours for your email to arrive. Please keep checking your inbox, junk and spam, promotions and updates folders for an email, also add rheur25@wasteheadquarters.com to your address book, contacts or safe senders list to ensure you don’t miss any important emails.
