Privacy Policy for Radiohead Europe 2025 Tour Registration

  1. This Privacy Policy sets out how we will treat the personal information which you provide to us while using the website located at https://waste.os.fan/eur25register (“Site”) and/or the services provided from the Site (“Services”) for the purposes of the registration process for tickets to the Radiohead Europe 2025 tour (“Tour Registration”). You are deemed to accept the terms of this Privacy Policy on your first use of the Site. We may change this Privacy Policy from time to time and such changes shall be effective from the date and time the revised Privacy Policy is posted on the Site.

This Privacy Policy is issued by (and the Site is provided on behalf of) LLLP LLP, registered in England with company number OC358008, and having its registered address at 41 Great Portland Street, London, W1W 7LA (“us”, “we”, “our” or “Company”). We are registered as a Data Controller with the UK’s Information Commissioner’s Office (“ICO”). References to “Openstage” are references to Openstage IT Limited (a company registered in England with number 08322164 whose registered office address is at 2 High Street, Chobham, Woking, England, GU24 8AA).

The Company and Openstage are joint data controllers for the purposes of the UK Data Protection Act 2018, to the extent that both the Company and Openstage jointly decide how and why your data is used in connection with the Tour Registration. Any data about you collected on the Site is processed by the Company in accordance with this Privacy Policy and by Openstage in accordance with its own privacy policy, available here. In the event of any conflict between this Privacy Policy and Openstage’s privacy policy, this Privacy Policy shall prevail.
  4. For practical reasons, Openstage acts as the primary contact point for questions or concerns about how personal data is collected and processed through the Site. However, both the Company and Openstage are responsible for complying with data protection laws. It has been agreed that Openstage will handle initial responses to data subject requests submitted via the Site, and will liaise with the Company where required.

To provide or offer to you our Services, it is sometimes necessary for us to collect and process certain personal information (“Data”) including some or all of the following: name, address, date of birth, gender, email address and/or phone numbers. The Data will be stored together with any additional information you may provide to us and will be used to provide you with, and to improve, the Services. Our lawful basis for processing this Data is our legitimate interest for the purpose of managing the Tour Registration. All Data is processed by us in accordance with applicable data protection legislation and we will keep your personal information only for as long as is necessary for the purpose of managing the Tour Registration.
  6. If, as part of the Tour Registration, you opted in to receive newsletters from Radiohead, the use of your personal information for that purpose is also governed by our separate privacy notice at Privacy Policy | W.A.S.T.E. HQ.
  7. The Data is stored on our servers or those of third-party storage service providers. From time to time we or our third-party storage service providers may transfer Data to locations outside the European Economic Area, some of which may have different data protection laws to the UK or the EU, or no data protection laws. In all such cases, we transmit such information only to entities that comply with this Privacy Policy and applicable law.
